Kane Trimble of Trimble Constructions was our builder of choice on two separate occasions to improve our family home, and we are thrilled we used his company!
We chose Kane for several reasons, given his:

- impressive understanding of what we hoped to achieve and insights in how to best to do so; and

We were also grateful for Kane’s flexibility and accommodation of our minor design changes along the way – he always showed patience, commonsense and a focus on solving problems quickly and practically. The project was delivered and signed off within agreed timelines.
The great result of the first project prompted our second one six months later, to upgrade our main existing bathroom and vanity area. We again saw an excellent team, led and skilfully project managed by Kane, bring us a fantastic finish. On several occasions Kane personally went well out of his way to try and accommodate our minor changes and we were grateful for his commitment to deliver another quality, high spec professional result!

We chose Kane to work with us to create a master suite extension to our home as he understood the style we wanted to achieve.
We also engaged him to create an entertaining deck on the opposite end of the home which was built very quickly and has added an outdoor room that is used all year round.

It was a pleasure to watch the skill and professional approach to all aspects of the project demonstrated by Trimble Constructions.
“Millimeter Perfect” is a phrase normally associated with high end cabinetry.
In the case of [Hill House] “Millimeter Perfect” was applied to all aspects of the project, from the in ground location of the concrete and steel piers right the way through through to the straight lines of screws fixing the steel sheets of the roof.
The unseen underground drainage was constructed with the same care as the installation of the shower recess and bathroom mirrors and alignment of the ceramic tiles.
It was a pleasure to watch the skill and professional approach to all aspects of the project demonstrated by Trimble Constructions. All trades involved with the project were of equal stature.
Their work is born out by the finished house, both in the overall appearance and the detailed work of which it is comprised.

We have recently had completed the renovation of an historic old church with a newly built extension.
We chose Trimble Constructions on a recommendation from our architect, and we could not have been more pleased. The entire process was so much easier that we had anticipated especially since we were not able to visit the building site often because we were overseas or interstate and then of course Covid lockdowns had us rely on Kane Trimble to be our eyes and ears on site.
Kane was considerate of our budget and suggested several alternatives that enabled us to bring the project under budget.
His team and contractors that he used were fantastic to have on the job, so careful and always with an eye to detail – nothing seemed too much trouble.
Since it was easy to develop a relationship with Kane and the team based on mutual trust, we found the project to be virtually stress free.
As a result, we have a beautifully restored historic church and a contemporary addition which complements the 150-year-old building that now stands proud again, front and centre, on our property.
